Hello! My name is Sharon Farrell. I am a producer and documentary filmmaker. I’ve built a career on discovering and producing compelling, character-driven stories. My technical skills include: director, cinematographer, editor, and writer. 

PIGEON RACER is my narrative screenplay project - inspired by the true events.

Mill Valley International Film Festival, Tiburon International Film Festival, Fairfax (CA) Film Festival, International Documentary Association's DocTOBER Film Festival, California Independent Film Festival, Different from What Film Festival, Orinda Film Society,  IFP's Independents In Flight, National Educational Media Network, Booklist and School Library Journal, and recognition by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as one of the outstanding documentaries of the year and screened at the Academy's Contemporary Documentary Series alongside the Oscar winners and nominees of that year.
